We live in astonishing times. There is an endless array of new products, services and technologies available to us on a daily basis. What are the resources that allow this to happen? Who are the inventors…and what are the processes that allow this to happen? We will look at this together. Examples of our daily lives will be used to add perspective to the discussion. Our topics will include specific commercial applications and the pathways to the consumer; commercial pathways, resource allocation and strategies; risks and mitigations—how is failure defined (and mitigated) and what are implications of failure. Classes will be lecture and discussion of case studies. Weekly preparation will take about 30-45 minutes.
