Broadway beckons! Well, maybe not Broadway, but the Lilac Players need you, especially you men! We will meet the last five weeks of the spring semester to rehearse the play(s) that will be chosen within the next few months. We will perform after the semester ends, on or about week seven. Auditions will be held the first week, but experience is not necessary, just the need to be a bit of a “ham.” We always enjoy rehearsing, bonding, and emoting. Please sign up as soon as possible, so that we’ll know how many roles we will need. That will help us choose the perfect play(s). Because the entire production may be on Zoom, you will need to be familiar with that program. You will need a tablet, PC, or MAC. Remember, all the world’s a stage!

Classes will consist of vocal/physical warm-ups, reading, and rehearsing each week.   Since scripts do not need to be memorized, prep time will run about one to two hours weekly.
